You will gain insights to why you feel the way you do and step-by-step strategies and support to help empower you in your recovery to feel healthy and strong.

  • Processing your birth; trauma, tools that will help, connecting with your scar

  • Steps to support your nervous system during your recovery

  • What you should and shouldn't be doing during the first 0-6 weeks.

  • What your doctor will tell you and what they won’t.

  • Top signs from your body that you are doing too much.

  • How to look after your scar and how to reduce your ‘overhang’

  • Help to gain strength by connecting with your pelvic floor and core and through breathwork.

  • 15 Minute pelvic floor and core connection class with Ash, Pilates + Wellbeing Coach to demonstrate ways to rebuild your strength..
